The Lambton Kunstwerk Length Grader precisely sorts materials based on their length, enhancing product consistency and ensuring uniformity in subsequent processing steps. The indent grader cylinder captures short grains in precision-machined indents as the cylinder rotates; they are then discharged into a specialised trough and conveyed away by an integrated screw conveyor. Whole head grains that do not fit the indents continue to the main outlet — delivering clean separation of head rice from broken fractions.
